Congressional App Challenge

The Congressional App Challenge’s mission is to inspire, include, and innovate efforts around stem, coding and computer science education.

Each year, Members of the U.S. House of Representatives sponsor a nationwide high school and middle school app competition for young innovators to showcase their talents and make a positive impact through technology.

This competition is not just about winning but about the experience of learning, collaborating and making a difference. The innovative ideas of our students in NEPA have the power to solve real-world problems and shape the future.

We are here to support you and your students throughout this journey. I am immensely proud of the talent and potential that our students possess, and I cannot wait to see the incredible apps they create. Their passion and dedication are inspiring, and I have no doubt that they will make our congressional district proud.

If you have any questions or need further clarification on the rules or any other aspect of the challenge, please contact Jonas Crass in my Scranton office at 570-341-1050 ext. 204, or Jonas.Crass@mail.house.gov.
